Glowing reports!
We are immensely grateful for the outstanding feedback we received last month. Thank you so much.
“Fantastic...great service...amazing food...good value”
We (my partner and I) decided to visit Tregenna Castle Hotel for a two night get away between Christmas and New Years, utilising a special online offer. We stayed in the main castle, room 100 with a sea view. The room was lovely and what we expected from an old house. When we got seated in the main room, we were served within 20 minutes with STUNNING food! The flavours were out of this world! We had a fantastic time and will be returning in the near future!!
“3 day Xmas special”
Thank you for the break over the Xmas. Everything about the break was 1st class from booking in (the staff were very welcoming and very helpful) to the food which was fantastic as apparent since there were local people there for their Xmas dinner. This has been our 3rd break there this year and the standard of the hotel has been superb every time.
“Christmas Package 2011”
The 'wow' factor as you pull into the grounds raises your expectations as the Tregenna Castle and estate is set in a breath-taking location and does not disappoint. Family of four staying for the Christmas package 24 Dec to 27 Dec - excellent value for money. Very good food, friendly staff, very welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves especially on Christmas Day. Would recommend this hotel, little extras and attention to detail all add to the feeling of being taken care of.
“Christmas Wedding at Tregenna Castle Hotel”
Thank you for making our Xmas and Boxing Day wedding an amazing experience, the food was fantastic the staff so friendly and attentive to our needs and those of our family and friends.
The whole experience from initial enquiry to the actual stay was made so easy and comfortable with the help of our wedding planner Keira and the Hotel staff.
Would recommend you try it, you won't be disappointed!
“Beautiful Hotel”
The Tregenna Castle Estate is up there in the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. My partner and I got a fantastic deal (probably due to the fact we went in December) and the whole stay was just incredible. The hotel is beautiful, the room was amazing with a huge bed, bathroom and waiting room and we were surprised to have a sea view room after all (and its the view that really made the stay wonderful, definitely have sea-view if you get the choice.)
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the bar was lovely and comfortable and the restaurants served delicious food in the evenings.
I would totally recommend the Tregenna Castle Estate for any type of holiday and for any length of holiday as there is so much to do and explore on site without even walking 10 minutes to the beach and St Ives and Tregenna is only a 40 minute drive from either Truro or Lands End.
An absolutely amazing holiday.
“Beautiful St Ives”
Tregenna Castle is the perfect setting for a splendid break. The Castle Hotel rises out of the hilltops above St Ives, sharing magnificent views of the ocean and town of St Ives, as well as the harbour.
The Hotel staff could not have been more helpful - they were extremely friendly and accommodating without being instrusive and over-familiar.
The room, restaurant and facilities of the Hotel are superb - no complaints whatsoever.
The grounds of the Hotel are superb, and the entire break was a lovely experience.
We will definitely be going back!
“Stunning position”
Anyone planning a wedding should look at Tregenna. The views over St Ives are stunning and you can get the most fantastic photographs. The grounds are superb, the gardens are as good as any National Trust property. A really friendly laid back place.
